App Highlight: Calm
Calm is an app that helps with calming anxiety, falling asleep, and relaxing exercises. It as a free app that many people have said that it helped them feel more present and more relaxed. This can help a lot of students that get anxiety throughout the day or students who have trouble falling asleep at night. I don't think I need this app because I don't get anxiety very often and I can easily relax myself without instruction. I do think this app might be fun to play around with later to explore all of the features.
