App Highlights: Moment and Space

In Space it has you personalize what you do on your phone and why. Then it gives you recommended goals to limit your phone usage. Both Moment and Space track how long you are on your phone/ how many times you unlock your phone and they give you notifications if you are on your phone for too long at one time. In Moment, it has a coach to help you get used to not being on your phone all day. I think the apps might actually help me because I am on my phone constantly for communication and entertainment. I will be interested to see what it does throughout this week.
